(including credit terms of 30 days net from date of invoice and a service charge of 1 1/2% per month or 18% per year, which will be added after due date). Should the below listed company default in its obligations, the stated company further agrees to pay Advanced Monitoring Professionals, Inc. for all costs, expenses, and collection fees incurred in recovering equipment or moneys due and in enforcing its rights. Advanced Monitoring Professionals, Inc. shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and all expenses, whether or not formal legal action is taken.
