(including credit terms of 30 days net from date of invoice and a service charge of 1 1/2% per month or 18% per year, which will be added after due date). Should the below listed company default in its obligations, the stated company further agrees to pay Cherokee Instruments, Inc. for all costs, expenses, and collection fees incurred in recovering equipment or moneys due and in enforcing its rights. Cherokee Instruments, Inc. shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and all expenses, whether or not formal legal action is taken. All transactions are subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina. (TERMS ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE)
