AMP-Cherokee’s repair technicians provide rapid turnaround on all your instrument repair needs. With over 20 years of combined experience, they are qualified to perform repairs on all popular CEM instruments. As a Factory Authorized Warranty Center for API and CAI equipment, all of our technicians have attended the factory schools for the equipment that we offer.

We recommend contacting a AMP-Cherokee repair technician at 800 399-4236 to discuss your equipment problems and prior to shipping your instrument to us. In some cases we might be able to walk you through a simple repair over the phone, saving you both time and money.

If your instrument needs to be sent to us, then a repair authorization number will be issued to ensure that your instrument will be handled efficiently. In most cases a repair estimate will be given that will require your instrument to be in-house. AMP-Cherokee charges a flat rate of $75.00 plus shipping for all repair estimates. If we can’t fix your instrument then that’s all you’ll pay and we’ll be happy to send it on to the factory for you saving you the time and money of shipping back to you. AMP-Cherokee warranties all repairs with a 30-day labor warranty.

Prior to sending any equipment to AMP-Cherokee, please contact us at 800-399-4236 for a return authorization number so that we might get your equipment calibrated and returned to you more efficiently. Once you've been given an RMA number, ship your equipment to be calibrated to:
