Rental Terms
In our constantly changing environmental industry, we realize that if a longer shipment is required to keep equipment rental costs low, then certainly, we cannot expect our customers to also pay rental for the additional time in transit to you or your job site.
So, Cherokee Instruments begins a rental period on the day that you receive the equipment, rather than when the equipment leaves our facility. We have adopted short term and long term rental periods (5-day, 10-day and monthly rental periods) in order to accommodate any potential situation

As Cherokee recieves new equipment, we offer our rental items at a significant saving over new equipment pricing. Warranty coverage is as follows:
- Most analyzers have a 90-day warranty
- FID's carry a 30-day warranty
- Installed rental heated lines - no further warranty
- Small Portables - with/without warranties as needed.
Standard Shipping
Cherokee Instruments realizes that one of the largest costs associated with the rental of environmental equipment is the cost of shipping the equipment to your office, facility or project location. In order to help alleviate these costs, Cherokee Instruments routinely provides two-day shipments rather that overnight deliveries. For excessively large instrumentation and/or long term rentals, Cherokee Instruments also offers freight shipments for even more cost savings. Of course, we can still respond on a moment’s notice for overnight, Saturday, and, in emergencies, same day shipments.
