Buhler Model 400 & 800 Sample Pumps

Buhler Sample Gas Pumps utilize a solid, machined PTFE (Teflon) bellows and pump head is designed for high temperature performance up to 320°F. and superior corrosion resistance to harsh gas sampling with entrained moisture content. A sample stream of 6.7 lpm or 13.3 lpm is available.

Teflon Bellows & Head
Buhler's solid, machined PTFE (Teflon) bellows and pump head design offers several advantages for consistent performance and extended longevity. The fully enclosed Teflon head is capable of handling harsh sample gases with entrained moisture under corrosive sampling conditions.

Configuration & Maintenance
Buhler's one-way valves allow you to easily configure sample tubing and perform valve replacement in the field in just a few minutes - without disassembling the pump head!

Maintenance is simple with Buhler's easily replaceable valve inserts. Let's do one:
(1) Remove tubing connections...
(2) Remove spent valve assemblies from Teflon head...
(3) Install new valve inserts...
(4) Install tubing connections. Job done!
